Stacked qualifiers

Repeated editing adds one qualifier after another until every claim sounds uncertain, usually to repair an earlier overstatement rather than to report real doubt. Keep a qualifier only when the source supports it and the meaning needs it. Keep scope statements, legal and safety notices, and real corrections. Ordinary hedges such as perhaps or tends to are human habits and not tells. Weak alone.
