- What counts as a word?
- Words in the draft you submit. Every rewrite costs the same to run whatever its length, so a draft shorter than 250 words counts as 250 against your allowance.
- What happens when I run out?
- Rewrites stop until your allowance resets on your billing date. Unused words do not carry over. The free AI writing checker and the em dash remover keep working, because they run in your browser and cost nothing.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- First purchase is covered for 7 days if you have used less than a quarter of the plan's monthly words. Renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel before they happen.
- Why are the Indian and US prices different?
- They are priced for each market rather than converted at the exchange rate. Pick whichever currency your card is in; the toggle above controls what you are actually charged.
- Who charges my card?
- Paddle, our merchant of record. They handle GST in India and VAT elsewhere, and their name appears on your statement. They also handle billing questions and refunds.
